Experiencing Food is a conference co-organised by the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies; Lisbon School of Architecture – Universidade de Lisboa and CIAUD – Research Centre for Architecture, Urbanism and Design. In 2017 the 1st Edition Experiencing Food, Designing Dialogues, was also co-organised by Beira Interior University, Faculty of Arts and Letters and the University of Lisbon Centre for English Studies: ULICES, and in 2019 the 2nd Edition Experiencing Food, Designing Social and Sustainable Practices was co-organised with Mediterranean Institute for Agriculture, Environment and Development. The 3rd Edition Experiencing Food, Designing the Future of Food expected to happen in 2022 will have the collaboration of ELISAVA – Escola Universitària de Barcelona, Disseny i Enginyeria and the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre.
